      Katie Lindsey comes to La Rinconada from De Anza Cupertino Aquatics with 15 years of experience of teaching swim lessons and coaching competitive swimmers of all ages. As an ASCA Level 3 Coach, her athletes ranged from entry level to Far Western qualifiers. In addition, Katie is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and has competed at the NorCal CrossFit Regional several times. As a coach of 9 years, Katie enjoys developing the right program for each of her classes and individual clients. Katie lives in Los Gatos and is a graduate from the University of the Pacific with a B.A. in Sports Sciences.

      Reenie is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT500, E-RYT200 and YACEP( Yoga Alliance continuous education provider) with 4 years of teaching experience. She has completed her advance teacher training from one of the best school in Rishikesh India, Rishikul Yogshala. She is proficient in teaching Vinyasa Yoga , Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Gentle and Restorative Yoga and various Pranayama( breathing) and Meditation techniques. She has excellent knowledge of Yoga Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy and Yog Sutras and Mantras." She aims that every student who comes for her class should leave his/ her mat feeling "AWESOME". All levels welcome.

      Core Yoga

      This fun and challenging class will utilize yoga poses that focus on core muscles to build/increase strength in your center.

      Matthew is a certified personal trainer with a background in physical therapy, sports medicine, athletic training and adaptive fitness. Matthew has received multiple certifications from elite organizations in the exercise science industry, including; a Master Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a Total Body Resistance Exercise certification (TRX), a Senior Fitness Instruction certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Strength and Conditioning certification from the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT).

      Matthew also designs and performs physical fitness conditioning courses and programs for the Santa Clara county law enforcement agencies. As an industry leader in major California fitness corporations, Fitness Evolution and Planet Fitness, Matthew has developed a hybrid approach to strength and conditioning training that is still being used in the industry today. This hybrid approach is proven to be safe and effect through the use of isometric training, free weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises. Matts style of training infuses traditional resistance training methods with functional movements that promote flexibility, functional strength increases and restoring, or preserving, ones range of motion.

      Specializes in golf specific fitness, as well as general fitness based on your personal goals. Areas of focus are strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and helping you play without pain. All new clients start with an assessment to better understand your goals, strengths and weaknesses. I can design a program for you to do on your own or we can work together.

      David has a chiropractic background (DC) and extensive TPI certifications (level 3 medical, fitness and junior). He has coached with the Notre Dame de Nemur men’s golf team and has worked with clients of all ages.
